EXPERIENCE8-10 YEARS OF PROGRESSIVE HR EXPERIENCE, INCLUDING STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP ROLES.EXPERTISE IN STRATEGIC HR LEADERSHIP, WORKFORCE PLANNING, AND ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE.DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO DRIVE DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION INITIATIVES.STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS WITH EXPERIENCE IN HR METRICS AND REPORTING.PROVEN EXPERIENCE DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING ORGANIZATION-WIDE ONBOARDING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS.EXPERTISE IN ADULT LEARNING PRINCIPLES AND TRAINING PROGRAM DESIGN.
