Job Description •Exemplify and lead the Company Service and Brand Culture initiatives. •Align and execute People & Culture activities to Employee Value Proposition and Strategic plan. •Collaborate with corporate People & Culture function on key programs/initiatives. •Promote positive employee relations, overall employee experience, and drive employee engagement through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect, and fun. •Lead labor relations initiatives Qualifications •Global premium hotel experience •Over 5 years’ experience in a senior People & Culture/Human Resources role •Passionate about promoting company values and creating programming that supports a positive workplace culture •Data analysis and problem-solving skills •Effective communication and leadership skills across departments •English proficiency •Solid understanding of employment laws •Indonesian nationality only (necessary) Job-Category: Talent & Culture Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
