Job Description Ensure the cycle of managing people is well-understood & applied properly within the company Maintains people's commitment, adaptability, creativity and gives space for its improvement Helps HODs to perform high standard of leadership role & skill and provides support for career development Apply T&C general policy & procedure as well as house-rules are in-line with government/Accor's policy T&C EVALPAC are properly conducted within the time frame and with satisfactorily result Work with the Learning and Development Manager to conduct/review training needs analysis annually and budget accordingly Qualifications 3 years experience at the same position in 5 stars international Hotel chain. Very strong leadership, humble, good listener, and very good decision maker. Understanding Indonesian Labor Law and all legal aspects related to hotel operation Very good communication skills both in English and Indonesian Language
