EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant HR certifications would also be preferable.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Typically, 10-15+ years of HR experience across multiple HR disciplines, preferably within global and/or technology companies and high-growth environments.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and leading teams effectively.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Deep understanding of European HR laws, regulations, policies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex HR challenges.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

As the Director, People Europe, you will work across HR disciplines and play a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategy and operations for our fast-paced electric vehicle charging company within the technology sector. Responsible for our European team and people strategy, you will lead and inspire across the European and global People Team to drive organizational success through innovative People solutions while ensuring compliance with regional regulations and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
