ABOUT THE ROLE

As Director of People Strategy, you will be a strategic partner and operational leader responsible for designing and executing an end-to-end HR strategy to support our internal team and long-term growth. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee development, compliance, performance management, and compensation programs.
You will also serve as the primary point of contact for managing LATAM Contractor/Employer of Record (COR/EOR) relationships, ensuring compliance and optimizing our global workforce infrastructure.
You’ll be working cross-functionally with leadership and operations, acting as a culture ambassador while ensuring TCC remains compliant, competitive, and people-first.
