SUMMARY:

We are seeking a visionary Director of People Technology, Analytics, and AI to lead our HR technology team, drive data-driven decision-making, and spearhead the integration of AI technologies into our people processes. This role will be responsible for optimizing employee experience, leveraging analytics for strategic workforce planning, and implementing AI solutions to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

This role will oversee the global HR systems portfolio with Workday as the core enterprise platform, and lead digital transformation efforts that simplify processes, improve employee experience, and deliver data-driven insights and analytics.

  • Set and execute the HR technology vision and strategy aligned to business and people strategies built for scale through collaboration with HR & Technology stakeholders
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people analytics strategy to inform talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions to automate and improve HR processes (e.g., talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, learning & development).
  • Manage, mentor and develop a high performing team with goals aligned to organization goals focused on collaboration, service excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with senior HR and business leadership to design and implement next generation employee experiences and workforce solutions.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide actionable insights from workforce data, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to evaluate existing processes and proactively identify opportunities for digital transformation and automation.
  • Serve as the enterprise owner of all HR technology, ensuring operational excellence, scalability and strategic value creation.
  • Develop metrics to gauge the effectiveness of HR technologies and processes.
  • Ensure data security, strong governance and system compliance with reevant regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Manage vendor relationships and drive ROI from tech investments.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven HR practices.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in HR technology, analytics, and AI, recommending best practices and new tools.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, etc.) to support key initiatives through system and operational capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and IT to ensure seamless processes and data alignment.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in M&A integrations, system migrations, and organizational change initiatives.
