Role Overview The Director of Performance Marketing owns the overall customer acquisition and growth strategy across our family of brands. This leader is responsible for scaling profitable revenue, maximizing marketing efficiency, and building a world-class growth organization. The Director partners with executive leadership to align marketing investments with long-term business objectives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and lead multi-year customer acquisition strategies. Own annual growth plans and performance marketing budgets. Identify emerging channels and growth opportunities. Build scalable acquisition and retention frameworks. Media & Growth Management Oversee all paid acquisition efforts across: Search Social Video Affiliate Influencer Marketplace advertising Lead media mix modeling and budget allocation decisions. Manage agency and technology partnerships. Data & Measurement Establish company-wide measurement frameworks. Drive attribution strategy and incrementality testing. Build forecasting models and growth scenarios. Present performance insights to executive leadership. Team Leadership Lead and mentor Performance Marketing Managers and specialists. Build a high-performance, data-driven culture. Create clear accountability and development plans. Executive Partnership Collaborate with: Brand Marketing Product Development eCommerce Finance Retail Executive Team Influence broader business decisions through consumer and market insights. Requirements Qualifications 10+ years of performance marketing experience. 5+ years leading teams. Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar media budgets. Proven track record of scaling businesses to $500M and beyond Strong expertise in: Growth marketing Attribution Analytics Forecasting Customer acquisition strategy Customer retention strategy Experience scaling omnichannel consumer brands preferred.
