Role Overview We are seeking a data-driven and innovative Director of Performance Marketing to lead paid growth strategy for MrBeast.Store. This role oversees full-funnel performance marketing across paid & organic social, paid & organic search, and emerging acquisition channels, ensuring efficient scale, revenue growth, and continuous creative experimentation. You will manage our media agency, own growth targets, and build a disciplined testing roadmap rooted in performance insights and creative collaboration. This role works closely with ecommerce, product, creative, and content leadership to ensure alignment around launches, seasonality, and new growth initiatives. Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Media Leadership Own paid media strategy across channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms Develop and drive an acquisition roadmap tied to drop calendar and growth goals Set KPIs, track CAC, ROAS, and LTV, and optimize for both efficiency and scale Build experimentation frameworks across creative, targeting, audience segmentation, landing pages, and funnel stages Agency & Partner Management Serve as primary point of contact for external media agency Ensure agency receives timely creative assets, briefs, and performance direction Conduct weekly performance reviews and hold partners accountable to strategy, KPIs & pacing Manage contracts, budget pacing, and quarterly planning Manage lifecycle and email agency to improve retention and repeat purchase Creative Collaboration & Campaign Execution Partner with creative and social teams to develop performance-first concepts Build feedback loops between paid performance, organic social, and product storytelling Translate data into creative briefs and iterate rapidly on winning formats Coordinate content needs for paid assets ahead of launches and seasonal moments Forecasting, Reporting & Optimization Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting Forecast spend, revenue, and growth targets Track budget and optimize allocation across channels and campaigns in partnership with the media agency Provide insights to leadership to inform growth decisions and drive alignment with the agency Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with ecommerce and product teams to align on drop cadence and conversion goals Collaborate with creative on asset planning and ideation Work with the operations team to ensure demand aligns with supply and inventory planning Qualifications 7+ years performance marketing experience in ecommerce or consumer brand environment Proven track record scaling paid media programs and managing multi-million dollar budgets Deep experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and platform analytics tools Strong command of testing frameworks, attribution, and funnel strategy Experience managing creative pipelines for paid social and video assets Agency management or in-house leadership experience required Highly analytical and structured communicator with strong business judgment Ability to drive clarity, alignment, and accountability across teams What Success Looks Like Paid channels scaling efficiently with disciplined testing and clear ROI Predictable and accurate forecasting and reporting cadence on real-time data Strong partnership with creative and product teams for seamless campaign execution Clear contribution to topline revenue, improved CAC/ROAS, and healthy payback windows A high-performing growth culture rooted in experimentation, speed, and insight sharing Benefits The Perks, Why Work On the MrBeast Team We are redefining what entertainment and storytelling look like at global scale.
