Director of Physical Therapy A Role for an Experienced PT Leader This full-time Director of Physical Therapy position is based in Berryville, VA and offers an annual salary range of $90,000-$120,000. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. The clinic is looking for a Physical Therapist who can manage the responsibilities that come with leading outpatient care: treating patients, supporting staff, reviewing documentation, coordinating care, and keeping the clinic aligned with professional standards. Responsibilities Oversee clinical operations for an outpatient physical therapy office Evaluate patients and develop individualized therapy plans Treat orthopedic, post-operative, sports-related, and mobility cases Provide staff guidance on care progression and clinical documentation Monitor patient outcomes and support quality improvement efforts Assist with daily clinic organization and team communication Ensure treatment records meet compliance and payer expectations Build strong working relationships with patients and healthcare providers Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Physical Therapist license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain one Outpatient physical therapy experience required Previous director, manager, or lead clinician experience preferred Strong understanding of clinical documentation and outpatient rehab standards Ability to lead people, manage priorities, and maintain care quality PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready to manage clinical services with clarity and confidence, this Winchester director role could be the right fit.
