Director of Physical Therapy Employment Details Location: Winchester, VA Position: Full-Time Salary: $90,000-$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary An outpatient physical therapy office in Winchester, VA is seeking a Director of Physical Therapy to lead clinical services, support staff, and oversee daily clinic operations. This role is a strong match for a licensed Physical Therapist who enjoys helping patients recover while also guiding a team with structure and care. The Director of Physical Therapy will help ensure patients receive clear treatment plans, consistent communication, and professional support throughout their rehabilitation process.
