Director of Physical Therapy Full-Time Role in Winchester, VA We are hiring a Director of Physical Therapy for an outpatient physical therapy office in Middletown, VA. The position offers $90,000-$120,000 per year, a Monday-Friday schedule, and the chance to lead therapy services in a clinic environment. This role is a strong match for a licensed Physical Therapist who is ready to manage clinical care, support a team, and take a practical leadership role in patient outcomes and clinic operations. Core Responsibilities Lead the outpatient physical therapy department Evaluate patients and establish treatment plans Provide direct care for injury recovery, post-surgical rehab, pain, and movement concerns Supervise therapists and clinical support team members Review care plans, documentation, and discharge notes Track patient progress and adjust treatment as needed Support clinic processes, compliance, and daily organization Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Physical Therapist license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain one Outpatient physical therapy experience required Previous director, manager, or lead clinician experience preferred Strong understanding of clinical documentation and outpatient rehab standards Ability to lead people, manage priorities, and maintain care quality Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Move into a director-level role where your experience can guide care quality, clinic structure, and team performance.
