Director of Physical Therapy Location Warrenton, VA Position Type Full-Time Salary $90,000-$120,000 per year Schedule Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary A Warrenton outpatient physical therapy office is hiring a Director of Physical Therapy to manage clinical operations and guide patient care services. This position requires a licensed Physical Therapist who can provide treatment, support staff, and help maintain efficient clinic systems. The Director of Physical Therapy will play an important role in helping patients improve function, regain mobility, and complete their rehabilitation plans with professional clinical support. Responsibilities Manage clinical operations in an outpatient physical therapy office Perform evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning Develop patient treatment plans based on diagnosis, function, and goals Provide direct care as part of the therapy team Supervise clinical staff and support daily team coordination Maintain documentation standards and compliance requirements Assist with quality improvement, patient experience, and clinic workflow Partner with healthcare providers and referral sources as needed Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Outpatient physical therapy experience required Previous director, management, or supervisory experience preferred Strong clinical leadership and organizational skills Familiarity with EMR systems, documentation standards, and compliance expectations Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Advance into a leadership role where your clinical judgment, communication skills, and operational insight can support a successful outpatient clinic.
