Director of Physical Therapy Role at a Glance Location: Purcellville, VA Position: Full-Time Salary: $90,000-$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM About the Role The Director of Physical Therapy will lead patient care services in an outpatient clinic setting. This position includes clinical treatment, team supervision, documentation oversight, and operational support. This is a good match for a Physical Therapist who enjoys seeing patients progress while also helping staff stay organized, supported, and aligned with clinic standards. Responsibilities Lead outpatient therapy services and daily clinical priorities Evaluate patients and create treatment plans based on functional needs Provide treatment for orthopedic, neurologic, post-operative, and mobility-related conditions Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed Support clinical staff with patient cases, documentation, and workflow questions Review records for accuracy, quality, and compliance Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one Experience in outpatient physical therapy required Prior director, manager, or lead therapist experience preferred Strong understanding of clinical documentation and outpatient care standards Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your experience to a role where you can guide patient care, support clinical staff, and help keep the clinic moving with clarity.
