Director of Physical Therapy Position Summary We are hiring a Director of Physical Therapy for a full-time role in Boyce, VA. This outpatient position offers annual compensation of $90,000-$120,000 and a Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule. The Director of Physical Therapy will oversee the clinical side of the office, including patient care, staff guidance, documentation review, treatment planning, and day-to-day operations. This role requires someone who can lead with clinical skill and practical organization. Responsibilities Oversee outpatient physical therapy care and clinical service delivery Complete evaluations, reassessments, and treatment planning Treat patients with pain, injury, weakness, balance, and mobility concerns Supervise clinical team members and support staff development Review patient records, care plans, and progress updates Ensure documentation and treatment practices meet compliance expectations Assist with scheduling flow, provider communication, and clinic operations Support patient satisfaction and strong care coordination Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one Experience in outpatient physical therapy required Prior director, manager, or lead therapist experience preferred Strong understanding of clinical documentation and outpatient care standards Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready to take a larger role in outpatient rehabilitation, this position gives you the chance to lead care with structure and confidence.
