Director of Physical Therapy Position Summary We are seeking a Director of Physical Therapy for a full-time outpatient role in Woodstock, VA. The position offers $90,000-$120,000 per year and a consistent Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule. The Director of Physical Therapy will oversee clinical services, support staff, and help maintain strong care standards across the clinic. This role is ideal for a PT who enjoys combining hands-on treatment with practical leadership. Essential Duties Oversee therapy services in an outpatient clinic setting Complete patient evaluations, reassessments, and treatment planning Treat patients with orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, and functional mobility needs Supervise clinical team members and assist with staff development Review care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries Ensure documentation meets compliance and payer expectations Help improve patient flow, communication, and clinic processes Support a positive care experience from evaluation through discharge Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one Experience in outpatient physical therapy required Prior director, manager, or lead therapist experience preferred Strong understanding of clinical documentation and outpatient care standards Ability to lead teams with professionalism and clear communication Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Lead outpatient therapy services in a role where your clinical skill and leadership can make a steady difference each day.
