Director of Physical Therapy Quick Role Details Location: Stephens City, VA Position: Full-Time Pay Range: $90,000-$120,000 per year Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM About the Position The Director of Physical Therapy will oversee an outpatient clinic and help manage both patient care and clinical operations. This role requires a licensed Physical Therapist who can evaluate patients, provide treatment, guide staff, and support the clinic’s daily structure. Patients come to physical therapy looking for practical improvement: less pain, better movement, stronger function, and a clearer path back to daily activities. This role helps make that process consistent from the first visit through discharge. Daily Responsibilities Lead outpatient therapy care and clinical service delivery Complete patient evaluations and progress assessments Create treatment plans based on functional needs and recovery goals Provide direct patient care within the clinic Supervise staff and help resolve clinical workflow questions Review documentation for quality, accuracy, and timeliness Support patient scheduling, clinic communication, and care coordination Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Physical Therapist license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain one Outpatient physical therapy experience required Previous director, manager, or lead clinician experience preferred Strong understanding of clinical documentation and outpatient rehab standards Ability to lead people, manage priorities, and maintain care quality PTO, Health Insurance, and 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Use your outpatient therapy experience in a role built for clinical leadership, team support, and steady clinic direction.
