Director of Physical Therapy Job Overview An outpatient physical therapy office in Winchester, VA is hiring a Director of Physical Therapy to oversee clinical services, patient care delivery, and daily clinic operations. This is a full-time role with a Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule and annual pay ranging from $90,000-$120,000. This role is designed for a Physical Therapist who can lead with clinical experience, manage staff needs, and help ensure patients receive organized, effective rehabilitation care. What This Position Covers Direct outpatient therapy services and clinical workflows Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans Provide physical therapy care for pain, injury, surgery recovery, and functional limitations Supervise clinical staff and assist with team development Review documentation, progress notes, and plans of care Maintain compliance with professional, payer, and clinic standards Coordinate with providers, referral sources, and care partners Support patient experience, clinic organization, and operational goals Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Physical Therapist license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain one Outpatient physical therapy experience required Previous director, manager, or lead clinician experience preferred Strong understanding of clinical documentation and outpatient rehab standards Ability to lead people, manage priorities, and maintain care quality Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Guide an outpatient therapy team in a role where clinical leadership and patient care come together every day.
