We have the clear ambition to become the uncontested leading European provider of integrated, end-to-end HR solutions for all organizations and workers. To realize this ambition we are currently looking for an experienced Director of Portfolio Management Germany.
In Germany we are already today one of the leading providers in the market, enabled by a team of 750 passionate experts. Portfolio management is the glue of our organization by being the strategic advisor of all stakeholders. We drive customer value and growth through easy to buy and easy to sell value propositions based on continuous market interaction and a solid expertise.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Brings a proven experience (+3Y) in payroll services and strategic B2B portfolio/product management (+5Y) in the European HR market to the table.
• Has strategy development for product and service offerings in a digital context for breakfast.
• Is an entrepreneur who truly takes on commitment and delivers.
• Has the capability to drive business (model) innovation in a complex technology and

compliance environment.

• Is decisive backed by numbers and expertise.
• Always sees the bigger picture, looking forward to realize the overall strategy of our

company.

• Is a strong internal and external networker with a natural presence that generates impact at all levels.
• As a critical analytical mind, contributes to the continuous challenging of the status quo and fuels innovation.
• Can take the lead for portfolio management in our local partnership and M&A initiatives.
• Has a strong knowledge of the German HCM and payroll market.
• Is a true team player. One for all, all for one!
• Has a first people management experience and is eager to develop this further.
• Has experience in portfolio pricing. Certification is a strong plus.
• Is fluent in German and English (spoken and written).

• You are responsible for building strong market driven value propositions, business cases and go-to-market plans for the German market that bring together our unique combination of software-, service- and data solutions. In collaboration with the subject matter experts, you are responsible for revenue planning (new business, upsell, cross-sell), mapping revenue targets with offering availability and ensuring adequate go-to-market and offering-market fit.
• Based on your expertise and our research, you are a trusted strategic advisor to our sales/-enablement, marketing, service, product delivery and M&A organizations.
• You have a continuous eye on the market to optimize and streamline our portfolio.
• You drive customer experience by market driven portfolio and investment choices and by being the advocate of our customers across the organization.
• You will drive the integration of our product and service offering into one future proof digital customer journey for which you will set and guard the highest customer experience standards.
• You represent SD Worx on external events as an expert speaker.
• You have a first people management experience and are a true team player so challenging views, sharing expertise and encouraging intrapreneurship comes natural to you.
• With your experience you will be an important contributor to the continuousprofessionalization and growth of our portfolio management processes.
• You will be part of the group’s Portfolio Management Team and you will report to the Group VP of Portfolio Management.
• You will be an important member of the German management team and you will act as a strategic advisor to the German managing director
• You will be based in Germany and are willing to travel up to 20%.
