POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Preconstruction to lead and elevate our preconstruction efforts within the commercial roofing division. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the estimating team, managing existing preconstruction processes, seeing ways to improve current preconstruction process and ensuring a smooth and accurate transition from preconstruction to operations. A strong background in commercial roofing estimating is essential, along with a deep understanding of project scope development, budgeting, value engineering, and client relations. Operational experience is a bonus.
