This role is an exciting opportunity to join our fast growing team as we further expand our footprint across Asia.

WHAT WE NEED:

Reporting to the Group CFO, this role will lead all procurement activities across the company’s data center (i) construction and development projects (ii) customer delivery projects and (iii) key upgrade, maintenance and repair projects. Responsibilities include managing the sourcing, negotiation and contracting of key contractors (civil, general and MEP), materials and equipment; within the project parameter objectives on time, cost and quality of delivery.
The successful candidate will work closely with design, construction, and operations teams to align procurement with project schedules and cost targets, while driving consistent procurement governance, regional vendor strategies, and P2P process implementation across the organization. This role will be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • PROJECT PROCUREMENT LEADERSHIP:Lead end-to-end procurement for data center development and construction, customer delivery, and upgrade and maintenance projects, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and design requirements.
  • VENDOR MANAGEMENT & NEGOTIATION:Drive vendor selection and contract negotiations for civil works, MEP systems, and key material and equipment suppliers, leveraging regional scale for cost efficiency and delivery timelines.
  • LONG-LEAD EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT:Oversee planning and execution for procurement of key long-lead items ensuring integration with project timelines and providing flexibility across group for efficient utilization.
  • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:Partner with internal teams including design, construction, and operations to translate technical and scheduling requirements into effective procurement strategies.
  • REGIONAL PROCUREMENT STRATEGY:Build and manage a scalable procurement framework across multiple jurisdictions in Asia Pacific , including sourcing strategies, vendor prequalification, and framework agreements.
  • GOVERNANCE, SYSTEMS & PROCESSES:Adhere to and further develop procurement governance standards, policies, and P2P processes to ensure transparency, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • TEAM LEADERSHIP:Manage and develop a team of in-country procurement professionals, providing strategic direction, oversight, and capability building while leveraging in-country insights.
  • Actively champion and implement policies and procedures for occupational health & safety in the workplace, information security management, environmental management systems; incident management; and comply with all legal regulatory requirements of the organization
