As we continue to evolve our global supply chain and drive impactful transformation, we are looking for a visionary Director of Procurement Technology & Enablement to help shape the future of our Procurement function.
This high-impact leadership role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that elevate our digital procurement capabilities, streamline operations, and enable smarter, more sustainable sourcing. You’ll lead a talented team focused on technology innovation—including AI adoption—while championing supplier diversity, ESG goals, and procurement performance excellence. In partnership with key stakeholders across the enterprise, you’ll play a critical role in advancing Signet’s procurement transformation journey and delivering measurable business value.

Responsibilities

Procurement Technology & Automation

  • Own and evolve the procurement technology roadmap across the source-to-pay process, with a focus on driving efficiency, transparency, and strategic impact.
  • Lead AI integration efforts by identifying use cases that deliver near-term wins and long-term value.
  • Optimize the use of existing platforms while evaluating and deploying emerging tools to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure strong user adoption and engagement through robust change management and training programs.

Process Optimization & Policy Development

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve procurement processes, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Lead efforts to develop and refine procurement policies that support Signet’s evolving goals.
  • Collaborate with functional partners to design learning and development programs that build procurement capability and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Sustainability, Diversity & Social Responsibility

  • Partner with ESG and Corporate Communications teams to embed sustainability and social impact into procurement strategies.
  • Own Signet’s Supplier Diversity Program, with a goal to achieve $350M in cumulative diverse supplier spend by 2030.
  • Measure, monitor, and report on procurement-related ESG and supplier diversity metrics.

Performance Management, Analytics & Reporting

  • Lead the development of procurement dashboards and performance reports to track progress against savings targets and operational goals.
  • Deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance overall procurement effectiveness.
  • Manage departmental budgets and report on spend categories including supplies, packaging, and utilities.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Audit Support

  • Represent Procurement on enterprise-wide projects and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and compliance.
  • Lead procurement’s participation in internal and external audits, including documentation, responses, and remediation tracking.
