Position Summary: Director of Procurement Volare Health, LLC is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Procurement to oversee our Coupa procurement platform and lead purchasing, sourcing, and expense management functions. This role is a key contributor to improving operational efficiency, enhancing financial controls, and supporting company-wide cost management initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coupa Procurement System Management * Oversee system setup, user access, and training for internal stakeholders. * Maintain vendor catalogs and ensure accurate, up-to-date product listings. * Generate and analyze spend reports to support leadership decision-making. * Troubleshoot system issues and maintain workflow and approval compliance. * Manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate three-way match verification. P-Card Program Oversight * Monitor P-card usage and ensure adherence to internal policies and SOPs. * Maintain and update authorized user lists. * Distribute and review monthly P-card activity reports. Purchasing & Strategic Sourcing * Review purchasing data to identify vendor consolidation and cost-saving opportunities. * Support preparation of RFPs and assist in vendor negotiations. * Contribute to cost-reduction initiatives across the organization. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- QUALIFICATIONS * Experience with Coupa strongly preferred. * Proficient understanding of procurement processes, P-card programs, and expense management systems. * Strong Excel and reporting skills. * Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach and manage teams. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE * Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred. * 3–5 years of experience in procurement or financial operations; experience in skilled nursing or healthcare settings is a plus.
