Overview We are looking for a Director of Product and Business Application Architecture AIM to join our team. This position will directly report to the VP of Actuarial Services and is responsible for leading the division’s business applications and technologies, data and analytics capabilities, and digital product assets, all aimed at leveraging data to drive better operational and clinical outcomes. Responsible for overall strategy and roadmap of the palliative division that will determine when to move from existing technologies to modern, innovative solutions/products and effectively secure the Gentiva technology landscape. Accountable for issue resolution and escalation with IT and other business teams to ensure project timeline demands are met. Provides both formal and informal updates to palliative leadership on progress and roadblocks. Extensive interaction with senior business executives and will work closely with all palliative business functions and IT groups to effectively manage and deliver key product and technical capabilities for the palliative division. Collaborates with key stakeholders to formalize needs and develop a strategy incrementally build and maintain current and future technology capabilities (roadmap & execution) to support the division and its operations effectively and efficiently About You The Director of Product and Business Application Architecture AIM will be responsible for leading and liaising all things technology and application related to the palliative division: Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is required 7-10 years' progressive responsibilities within strategy, operations, and/or IT function, with strong technology acumen and organizational leadership. 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership capacity over departmental/functional teams in a high growth environment Technical management and support of corporate and clinical applications Information Management including strategy, architecture, modeling, warehousing, integration and interoperability, and data governance Business Intelligence (Data Visualization) and data science Strong working experience leading Information Management and Business Intelligence functions and teams with proven experience designing and leveraging modern technologies to support organizational reporting, business intelligence dashboards, and advanced analytics (machine learning / AI). Strong working experience identifying new and emerging technologies that can be used to drive the successful development and implementation of applications in new computing architecture environments. Has depth and skills in being creative and developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems.
