Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and full ownership of Epicor Prism, an advanced cross-product AI platform and solution.
  • Oversee and scale cross-functional teams (initially 10–20 direct reports, ramping to 50+ within 12 months) across the US, India, and Mexico.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier AI engineering and forward-deployed talent; establish clear hiring, onboarding, and development plans.
  • Define high-level architecture and technical strategy in collaboration with UX, product management, and QA leadership.
  • Own budget planning and P&L management, translating financial targets into team goals and project deliverables.
  • Cultivate a rapid, iterative development culture tailored for AI—leveraging generative AI techniques, proactive quality practices, and agile principles.
  • Set and enforce functional requirements, performance benchmarks, and compliance standards.
  • Lead forward-deployed customer engagements—deploying small teams on-site every two months to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
  • Represent Epicor at customer and internal events to present accomplishments and share thought leadership.
