YOUR MISSION:

As the Director of Product Learning Experience at Parloa, you will play a highly strategic and high impact role building our product enablement from the ground up. Your mission is to design and operationalize company-wide product enablement strategy, collaborating across departments to empower our internal teams, customers and partners to become skilled product users, directly supporting revenue growth and business goals.
In this high-impact role, you’ll influence product direction, go-to-market execution, and Parloa’s culture. You will blend product strategy with a deep understanding of learning and development to create a best-in-class training experience, shaping how we deliver value and grow product adoption over time. You will activate internal experts to develop best practices into course content and workshops, creating a sustainable and scalable learning ecosystem for external audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Development a World-Class Academy: Set up and improve our product training academy. Create curriculum and certification programs that support our revenue growth goals by teaching customers and partners to be self-sufficient users.
  • Build a Best-in-Class Instructor-Led Training Program: Complement comprehensive online learning programs with hands-on workshops delivered by product trainers or internal experts to drive deeper product knowledge and learner engagement.
  • Drive Product-Oriented Enablement Strategy: Collaborate closely with Product teams to align internal and ecosystem enablement strategy and ensure the academy aligns with product updates, roadmap changes, and customer success metrics. Integrate product insights into training materials and course design.
  • Internal and Ecosystem Enablement Strategy, Influence, and Activation: Partner with GTM Enablement, Customer Experience, and People to reach executive alignment on enablement needs where learning personas overlap with external audiences. Activate internal experts and foster a culture of cross-organization learning.
  • Lead and Develop Your Team: Manage a global team of program managers, instructional designers, and product trainers, guiding them to produce high-quality, engaging educational experiences.
  • Measure and Optimize Impact: Implement robust performance metrics and feedback loops to track learner progress, course effectiveness, and direct impact on business outcomes. Use data-driven insights to continually refine enablement strategy .
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Serve as a thought partner to executive, product, and GTM leadership, translating training insights into strategic recommendations.
