Description Job Description Statement: The Director of Product Management leads the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Salesforce and Sourcing Window platforms, defining what we build and why it matters. The Director oversees Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery. Candidates must demonstrate a strong track record of developing and guiding high-performing Agile teams while continuously improving product and engineering workflows. Essential Job Duties: Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for Salesforce and Sourcing Window as core business platforms. Set product priorities by translating business needs into clear, outcome-driven initiatives. Lead and develop a team that executes projects, trains users, and delivers business intelligence to inform future platform evolution. Partner closely with IT and leverage external development partners to turn product vision into scalable, high-quality solutions. Measure platform impact, guide tradeoffs, and continuously refine product strategy based on data, user feedback, and business goals. Lead and develop team members by setting clear direction, priorities, and expectations; providing regular feedback; and modeling organizational values to foster a healthy, trust-based culture of accountability and growth. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Role Competencies: Ability to translate business goals into clear direction, priorities, and plans. Ability to understand complex systems, processes, and how technology supports business outcomes. Ability to build trust, align stakeholders, and drive collaboration across teams and partners. Ability to evaluate options, make informed tradeoffs, and focus resources on the highest-impact work. Ability to lead teams, enable effective delivery, and ensure ideas move from concept to implementation. Experience and Education Requirements: Preferred Experience Proven experience in product management for digital or enterprise platforms. Demonstrated success creating product roadmaps and prioritizing feature enhancements. Experience working within an agile development framework. Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom platform apps) Preferred. Experience with complex workflow or operations platforms (e.g., sourcing, supply chain, or service delivery systems). Experience leading cross-functional teams or vendor partners Preferred. Education (or equivalent experience) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree (MBA or related) is a plus. Preferred Certifications Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Product Owner/Manager certifications. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent agile certification. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus but not required.
