Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Product Management – Email Solutions to lead our product strategy and execution. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our products meet the evolving needs of our customers. This is a unique opportunity to shape our product vision as we build innovative solutions and scale our business. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and product owners, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture. Provide guidance to the product team in prioritizing features, making trade-offs, and balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals. Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with our overall business objectives. Translate market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights into actionable product roadmaps. Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and ongoing enhancements. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, customers, and partners. Present product updates, insights, and strategic recommendations in a compelling and data-driven manner. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure our products remain competitive. Use data-driven insights to refine product features and positioning. Continuously refine product management processes and best practices to drive efficiency and innovation. Champion agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Email Solutions management experience using Snowflake (email parsing tool) Proven track record of developing and launching successful products in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve outstanding results.
