If you’re passionate about building scalable mobile products, leading high-performing teams, and delivering software that customers truly depend on, we’d love to talk. What You’ll Do Own and drive the long-term product strategy and roadmap for GSM’s mobile applications, cloud services, and connected software ecosystem Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Product Managers and Product Owners across mobile, backend, and platform initiatives Partner closely with engineering leadership across iOS, Android, cloud infrastructure, QA, DevOps, and firmware to deliver high-quality releases on schedule Translate customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities into clear product requirements, prioritized backlogs, and measurable execution plans Establish product KPIs such as retention, engagement, crash-free performance, subscription conversion, feature adoption, and app store ratings Use analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback loops to drive continuous improvement and long-term product health Collaborate with marketing and customer experience teams to support product launches, onboarding flows, App Store / Google Play optimization, and in-app messaging Ensure products meet privacy, security, and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, platform policies) while maintaining customer trust Help define GSM’s connected services future, including opportunities in subscription models, AI-driven features, remote device management, and digital ecosystem expansion Requirements 10+ years of product management experience in consumer mobile apps, software platforms, SaaS, or connected device ecosystems 3+ years of experience leading and developing Product Managers or cross-functional product teams Proven track record of shipping and scaling high-quality iOS and Android applications with strong adoption, engagement, and user ratings Strong technical fluency across mobile development ecosystems, APIs, cloud services, analytics platforms, and Agile delivery Experience working on hardware-connected software products (IoT, outdoor tech, smart home, wearables, etc.) strongly preferred Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance customer experience, technical complexity, and business outcomes Strategic thinker with executive presence and the ability to align stakeholders across engineering, marketing, sales, and leadership Passion for the outdoors, hunting, scouting, or outdoor recreation is a plus
