Our platform provides the digital supply chain to providers, and manufacturers of biotherapies used to treat and cure some of todays most deadly diseases and cancers. POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and execution-focused Director of Product Management to lead our product function. This individual will define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution across our SaaS portfolio. The Director will build and mentor a high-performing product team, partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success, and ensure our solutions deliver measurable value to healthcare stakeholders. This role requires deep experience in SaaS product leadership and strong familiarity with healthcare workflows, regulatory environments (HIPAA, FDA, GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.), and interoperability standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product Strategy & Vision * Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company strategy and market opportunity * Own multi-year product roadmap planning and prioritization * Translate market insights, customer feedback, regulatory changes, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategy * Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and product expansion initiatives Execution & Delivery * Lead roadmap execution in collaboration with Engineering and Design * Establish product development best practices (Agile, discovery, sprint planning, OKRs) * Lead team to develop detailed product functional specifications * Work with internal and external development and testing resources to ensure timely delivery of products * Ensure on-time, high-quality releases with clear value propositions * Drive measurable outcomes including revenue growth, customer adoption, retention, and margin improvement Customer & Market Leadership * Engage directly with enterprise healthcare customers to understand needs and validate solutions * Incorporate clinician, laboratory and manufacturing personnel into product development * Lead product positioning and support go-to-market strategies with Marketing and Sales * Represent the company at industry events, advisory boards, and key customer meetings Team Leadership & Development * Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team * Establish clear KPIs, accountability, and career development paths * Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration Compliance & Risk Management * Ensure products meet healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HITECH, CMS rules, ONC certification as applicable) * Oversee product documentation, security alignment, and risk mitigation strategies * Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams on regulatory readiness QUALIFICATIONS Required * 8–12+ years of product management experience, including 3–5+ years in leadership roles * Experience leading SaaS products in Healthcare IT (EHR, RCM, interoperability, value-based care, population health, digital health, etc.) * Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements * Demonstrated success driving product strategy from concept to scalable revenue growth * Experience working with Agile development teams * Strong analytical and financial acumen * Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred * Experience with interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, APIs) * Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles in healthcare * MBA, MPH, or related advanced degree * Experience scaling products in venture-backed or high-growth environments KEY COMPETENCIES * Strategic thinking with strong execution discipline * Customer obsession with data-informed decision-making * Ability to balance innovation with regulatory and operational realities * Strong leadership presence and influence across executive teams * Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving healthcare environments PERFORMANCE METRICS * Revenue growth and product-line profitability * Customer acquisition, retention, and NPS * Roadmap execution predictability * Product adoption and usage metrics * Team engagement and retention WHY JOIN US * Opportunity to shape the future of healthcare technology * High-visibility leadership role with executive impact * Competitive compensation, bonus, and equity package * Flexible work environment * Comprehensive benefits
