Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing initiatives and drive growth in our innovative beauty start-up. This leader will be pivotal in shaping our product strategy, building comprehensive business analyses, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve superior product positioning and market competitiveness. The ideal candidate will blend business acumen, data-driven insights, and strategic thinking to amplify our product impact and accelerate growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing within the beauty or consumer goods industry with a Global scope
  • Proven success in leading product marketing strategies, product launches, and building competitive product offerings.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to craft compelling product narratives.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a marketing team.
  • Proficiency in project management, with the capability to juggle multiple initiatives and drive results.
  • Familiarity with marketing, finance and data analysis tools (e.g., CRM software, analytics platforms).
