Description Position Purpose: As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Product will own most of the product development lifecycle—ideation, strategy, design, development, validation, and post-launch optimization—to enhance the compliance success of our customers. Leading clinical product management, digital product management, R&D (engineering and science), this role will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver products customers love. Build a high-performing cross-functional teams that are fully integrated within organization vision and culture Actively pursue and analyze customer and market feedback throughout the development process and post-market monitoring. Maintain deep market, competitive, and customer understanding to identify latent or unstated opportunities, identify risk, and inform strategy.
