KEY SKILLS
Product Strategy & Vision: Define and champion the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with the company’s business objectives. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Director of Product & Technology is a critical leadership role responsible for driving the overall product vision, strategy, and execution, as well as overseeing the technology roadmap and implementation. They will be responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business goals and ensuring the company is innovating and a leader within its industry.
This role will report directly to the Managing Director and will be a key member of the senior leadership team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with technical expertise, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
