Description
About Vicarius At Vicarius, we are redefining how organisations protect themselves. We don’t just find vulnerabilities, we eliminate them. Bridging security, IT, and operations, our platform automates patch-deployment, prioritises risk intelligently, and empowers proactive threat mitigation. Recognised by Gartner 2025 in the inaugural Exposure Assessment Platforms Magic Quadrant, Vicarius stands out for its remediation-first approach that delivers real outcomes. In the 2025 IDC MarketScape for Worldwide Exposure Management, we were named a Major Player, validating our vision for pre-emptive, fully automated exposure-to-resolution workflows. We’re looking for a Director of Product to own the end-to-end product vision and execution of vRx, the remediation-first vulnerability platform. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a product leader who wants real ownership, direct access to founders, and the chance to leave a clear fingerprint on a category-defining platform. Responsibilities: Lead the product team. Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution: from discovery to delivery. Be the subject-matter expert on vRx: customers, use cases, and capabilities. Work side-by-side with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customers. Translate complex security problems into clear product decisions. Drive a strong product-led growth motion and GTM narrative. Represent product internally and externally (customers, partners, market). Requirements: 10+ years in Product Management, including leadership roles (managing small product teams). Strong recent background in cybersecurity. Experience with product-led growth and enterprise customers. A strong ability to lead inbound & outbound processes. Ability to balance customer value, technical depth, and business impact. Why this role is special: Full ownership and autonomy: no layers, no bureaucracy. Post-PMF, rocket-ship stage with real traction. Gartner-recognized, remediation-first approach (not just another scanner). Direct access to founders and executive decision-making. A hungry market, technical users, and fast execution. Build the product, the process, and the story - all at once. Hybrid flexibility.
Responsibilities
Lead the product team and own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution from discovery to delivery. Act as the subject-matter expert on the vRx platform and collaborate with various teams to drive product-led growth.
