Piper Companies is seeking a Director of Program Delivery – Decisioning to join a premier financial services organization. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and optimization of the Consumer Loans decisioning engine, ensuring clean requirements for development, and collaborating with credit policy and product teams. This position will be hybrid in Mclean, VA!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE DIRECTOR OF PROGRAM DELIVERY – DECISIONING INCLUDE:

• Experience managing decisioning platforms for consumer lending products.
• Familiarity with FICO Decision Modeler preferred; experience with other decisioning engines acceptable.
• Strong leadership and program delivery skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex initiatives.

• Lead the execution and management of the Consumer Loans decisioning engine, preferably using FICO’s Decision Modeler (or a comparable rules-based decisioning platform).
• Orchestrate decisioning changes and ensure business requirements are clearly defined and actionable for development teams.
• Collaborate with credit policy and product teams to align decisioning logic with business goals.
• Support and coordinate planned releases, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
• Manage a team of three direct reports, providing mentorship and performance oversight.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders to drive delivery excellence.
