THE OPPORTUNITY:

Join our dynamic team as the Director of Programs and be part of our journey to make a real difference to the Greater Victoria community! Reporting to the Executive Director, you’ll be supporting a team of 7 Program Managers to deliver and enhance our client programming. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll ensure program alignment with organizational strategy and drive excellence across all program areas.

We operate on a $6.5M budget through service contracts with the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) and Community Living BC (CLBC).
