QUALIFICATIONS

• BS or MS in engineering, operations management, or related technical field.
• 8–10+ years of project/program management experience in advanced manufacturing, aerospace, defense, medical device, energy, or semiconductor sectors.
• Strong technical fluency—able to understand engineering workflows and spot execution risks.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects successfully.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP and CRM systems; experience with AI-enabled project management tools a plus.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

• Lead customer programs from PO through delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
• Act as the primary customer-facing leader for project status and communication.
• Run cross-functional reviews with Engineering, Operations, and the CCO to manage risks and resolve bottlenecks.
• Build lightweight processes and dashboards that provide visibility into program health.
• Mentor and grow a small project management team as Voxel scales.
