We’re looking for an experienced agency leader to join us as Director of Project Management in this full-time, remote U.S.-based position. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our project management practice while working closely with our new Director of Client Services and Wide Eye leadership team to drive agency success. We’re seeking someone who loves both big picture strategic thinking and diving deep into complex projects – someone who can build strong teams while also rolling up their sleeves to manage our most challenging work.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As Director of Project Management, you’ll be a key member of Wide Eye’s leadership team, helping shape how we deliver amazing work. while fostering a culture where project managers can thrive. You’ll lead our talented PM team, oversee our most complex projects, and help us constantly improve how we work. This role will directly report to the Senior Managing Director.
