· Provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for all Public Works functions
· Deliver multi-million-dollar capital programs on time, on budget, and to high standards
· Oversee compliance with all relevant Municipal, Provincial, and Federal legislation
· Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
· Lead grant-funded projects and maximize infrastructure funding opportunities
· Enhance systems integration across asset management, GIS, maintenance, and SCADA platforms
· Serve as a trusted advisor to Council, the CAO, and community stakeholders
