The Director of Quality for Amaero Advanced Materials & Manufacturing, Inc. (The “Company”)will serve as a key member of Amaero’s leadership team, responsible for defining and driving the overall quality vision across the organization. This role provides strategic direction and oversight of the Quality Management System (QMS), product quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement efforts in a technically advanced powder metallurgy and additive manufacturing environment.
This leader will ensure that company-wide quality standards are met or exceeded, while partnering closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, EHS, and executive leadership to foster a culture of quality, compliance, and operational excellence. The role is based at Amaero’s headquarters located in McDonald, TN and requires permanent residence in the region.

EDUCATION:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline required
· Master’s degree or Six Sigma Black Belt certification a plus

EXPERIENCE:

· 10+ years of progressive quality leadership experience in manufacturing or materials processing, ideally with metal powders, AM, or PM-HIP products
· Proven success managing quality in highly regulated, precision manufacturing environments
· Track record of building and scaling quality teams and systems
