JOB SUMMARY:

The Director of Quality Assurance (QA) is responsible for overseeing quality and audit functions for wound care services provided within ReNew Management. This role ensures adherence to wound care and nursing home regulations, tracks and trends audit results, and leads initiatives to improve quality patient care. The Director manages a team and auditors reviewing patient charts and works closely with the Regional Director of Clinical Operations (RDCO’s), Providers, and Leadership to drive positive clinical and operational outcomes.
This position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Clinical Support.
