DIRECTOR OF QUALITY

The Quality Director is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Quality team to ensure quality and compliance across a multi-facility company. Develop strategy, translate into functional plans and guide execution of long-term goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Metallurgy or a related field.
• 5 years’ experience in quality control within manufacturing, including experience in a managerial or director role.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a machining and/or foundry environment.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards (e.g. ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 14001).
• Demonstrated expertise in quality management systems.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions based on common sense and technical expertise.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis and methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
