Job Description Summary Develop new and maintain existing clients for FNP unemployment programs and products Job Description DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: 1) Being responsible for the development of new clients in assigned territory. a) Supporting existing agency partners’ sales efforts through training staff on FNP products and being available for in-person/Conf call meetings with agent and prospect, Scheduling and attending conference calls or in-person meeting with prospective clients, agents and associations d) Maintaining accurate records during the sales process using HubSpot e) Presenting proposals in person, by telephone or webinar, responding to questions, following up with prospects, making presentations at meetings (such as nonprofits’ board meetings, nonprofit professional associations, etc.), researching and providing information, troubleshooting, and serving as a trainer and liaison with program producers/partners, including TPA affiliates and insurance brokers/agents. 2) Acquiring new agency partners and associations within territory 3) Maintain existing client relationships in assigned territory a) Serves as point person on renewal sales b) Quarterly contact with existing clients c) Troubleshooting and problem solving with regard to client service issues 4) Serves as FNP liaison with brokers/agents, national and state organizations, as requested by VP of Sales & Marketing 5) Assigned Territory: CT/No.MA/ME/NH/VT POSITION SPECIFICATIONS 1. Undergraduate degree preferred and management experien ce in business, marketing/sales, insurance industry, or a related discipline. 2. Demonstrated successful outside sales experience in past employment. 3. Excellent personal sales skills. 4. Strong communication skills with excellent writing abilities. Ability to make group presentations. 5. Ability to travel within the continental U.S. to attend meetings, make group presentations, etc. 6. Excellent organization skills including the ability to work independently. 7. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
