Description:

We are a dynamic and fast-growing Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) based in Tampa, Florida, specializing in skincare, haircare, wellness, and OTC (Over-the-Counter) drug products. With a commitment to quality and innovation, we partner with leading brands to bring their visions to life. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Director of Regulatory & Quality Assurance to join our team and oversee the overall regulatory and quality functions of the company with a strong emphasis in brand strategy.
Are you a seasoned professional in regulatory and quality management looking to make an impact in the dynamic world of skincare, haircare, wellness, and OTC (Over-the-Counter) drug products? This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead regulatory and quality functions, while also shaping brand strategies for clients.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in cosmetics/OTC and FDA-regulated industries.
  • 5-7 years in manufacturing, regulatory affairs, or quality assurance leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in brand strategy development and execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
  • Thorough understanding of FDA regulations, GMPs, and global regulatory frameworks.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance for cosmetics and OTC products.
  • Strong technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software tools.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for brand-building and consumer-focused strategies.
