Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and daily oversight of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services across all levels of care within the community. Foster a high-performing, collaborative therapy team through effective recruitment, training, mentoring, and accountability. Ensure delivery of person-centered, evidence-based care that meets quality, regulatory, and reimbursement standards. Monitor key performance indicators—including productivity, outcomes, customer satisfaction, and financial performance—and implement improvement strategies as needed. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and support compliance with Medicare, PDPM, and managed care guidelines. Manage departmental budget and resources to ensure operational efficiency and financial sustainability. Collaborate with nursing, medical, and administrative leadership to coordinate care, enhance resident outcomes, and drive program growth. Lead continuous quality improvement efforts and champion innovative programs that advance clinical excellence and resident satisfaction. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Licensed PT, OT, PTA, or OTA in good standing (state licensure required). 3+ years of clinical experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of PDPM, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and clinical documentation standards. Demonstrated success in staff leadership, performance management, and program development. Excellent communication, organization, and strategic planning skills. Experience in a CCRC or senior living environment preferred.
