Description Position Summary: The Director of Rehabilitation (PT) provides leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that their areas of responsibility have the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures. The Director of Rehabilitation is also responsible for developing systems to effectively grow therapy services at a facility and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. The primary purpose of the position is the management and administration of all aspects of rehabilitation services for the patients/residents. This position manages all therapists and associated staff and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees.
