Description

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, or an Associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Must be licensed in good standing as a physical or occupational therapist, speech language pathologist, or physical or occupational therapist assistant in the State of Michigan
  • Three or more years recent rehabilitation leadership experience, preferably with direct experience managing multiple outpatient clinics, inpatient, and Swing Bed
  • Current BLS (CPR) Certification
  • Ability to solve problems, establish trust and credibility, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, respond to client concerns, and work cooperatively with other staff

HOSPITAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-Step (PPD) TB Skin Test
  • (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
  • Hep B 3 Series or declination
  • (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
