We are seeking a strategic and analytical Director of Reimbursement to lead our Client Services Team. This executive role focuses on providing oversight of reimbursement and billing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advancing organizational objectives through structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making. Position Summary The Director of Reimbursement leads the daily operations of the Client Services Team, including supervising staff, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer guidelines. This role implements process improvements, develops accountability frameworks, addresses performance gaps, and collaborates with internal departments to optimize reimbursement and workflow processes. The Director also provides mentorship and professional development for team members. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring effective time management, independent work, and supervision of others. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the Client Services Team, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and patient satisfaction Collaborate with internal departments to optimize order fulfillment, logistics, and billing operations Oversee order approval and ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payers Train and mentor staff on best practices, systems, and industry updates Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to address performance gaps Resolve escalated patient and provider concerns professionally Maintain operational alignment across departments and teams Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Leadership experience in healthcare operations, DME, or a related field Expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer compliance Proven experience in operational strategy, process improvement, and team leadership Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems, with practical knowledge of industry-specific software and experience in medical billing and insurance verification Must be able to work a flexible schedule and manage time effectively while supervising others About Lympha Press Lympha Press helps people with lymphedema, venous disease, and lipedema improve their quality of life through innovative pneumatic compression therapy systems.
