The Role
We have an urgent requirement for a highly Director of Renewables - Wind Turbines (Operation & Maintenance) to join a renowned Operation & Maintenance Company which provides high-quality O&M (Operation & Maintenance) services to produce electricity and desalinated water worldwide in Dubai. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic direction and operations of wind turbines. This position focuses exclusively on delivering top-tier services, ensuring the safety and performance of wind energy assets across the fleet.
Requirements
Requirements: - Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage. - Minimum Experience: 15+ years’ experience in the third-party service market for wind turbines. - Skills: Demonstrated track record in wind turbine service market, technical expertise, leadership skills, strategic thinking, effective communication, problem-solving, and commitment to safety and compliance.
