Description Florence Presbyterian Community has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Residential Services. This influential leader plays a pivotal role in providing clinical excellence, leadership, organization, and the highest quality of service to the residents and family members in our Assisted Living department, while contributing to the continuum of services across the campus. This leader will be responsible for: Developing, implementing and evaluating programs and activities Directing, supervising, and training all Assisted Living employees Ensuring staff is properly trained on organizational and Community policies and procedures, applicable laws, standards, guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures that govern residential long-term care, assisted living, and home health care Promoting an atmosphere of respect and encouragement for residents and employees Minimum Education, Experience, and Skills: Licensed as a RN in the State of South Carolina CPR Certification Valid driver’s license issued by the State of South Carolina Three years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting Strong management, leadership, and computer skills Requirements As a state-wide ministry, we have been enriching the lives of seniors since 1958 and continue to be a well-respected not-for-profit senior living organization in our region and in our industry.
