As our Director, you will guide residential teams, mentor leaders, and ensure services not only meet but exceed OPWDD standards. What You’ll Do: Lead and inspire residential teams to deliver exceptional care. Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations while maintaining a therapeutic, person-centered environment. Promote professional development and training for staff. Collaborate across departments to improve operations and service delivery. Provide flexible support, including participation in on-call responsibilities.
